Marek Holer
I belong to the 7th generation of my family involved in gastronomic operations. My professional beginnings are connected with the Kampa Group for 5 years, where I started as a waiter and finished my career as a company manager. This was followed by 7 years at Aromi, also as a restaurant manager. During this professional career I established a company focused on organisation of luxury and thematic catering events – known as “Tip Top Catering”. I also built up La Terrassa restaurant from scratch. Following this work experience, I established the firm known as Ultimate Hospitality in 2014, dealing with issues in the field of hospitality and providing its clients with assistance in connection with their restaurant and hotel operations. My greatest strength is achieving maximum economic efficiency by using appropriate operational setups, processes, distribution of competencies and responsibilities. I believe that I am able to identify various operational issues and challenges, to define sound solutions leading to improvements and to set up recovery systems, including practical implementation of such systems.
My hobbies include work, tightrope walking, table tennis and I am an enthusiastic angler as well.
Iva Nešvarová
Hospitality is my lifelong love. After completion of my studies of hotel management and finance at a specialised school, I went abroad and I spent 9 years by improving my German language skills at Tulbinger Kogel Hotel near Vienna in Austria. After coming back to the Czech Republic, I joined the pre-opening process of a hotel with a Swiss Hospitality culture, namely Hotel Mövenpick, where I was working on 4 different positions during 15 years and I finished my mission at that hotel as Rooms Division Manager. This was followed by another foreign experience at Mövenpick Hotel in Istanbul. After this period, I welcomed another challenge – the position of the General Manager at Accor Hotels, where I was working for 9 years. After this mission I was dealing with preparation for the opening and operation of MeetMe23 Hotel in Washingtonova Street, Prague 1, where I was working for 4 years. A fateful event for me was the meeting with Marek Holer, who offered me a position of a consultant in his company, where since 2020, together with other members of our team, we have been dealing with assistance and supporting activities aimed at our clients. My work experience is mainly associated with hotel IT, system setup, finance and revenue management. My hobbies are all winter as well as summer sports, I am active in the field of Ashtanga yoga, hardening, ski mountaineering, cycling. Other hobbies include also reading, alternative culture and meeting inspiring personalities.
Petra Králová
I have been dedicated to hotel services for all my working life.
After finishing my studies at higher tourist industry secondary school i went to Brighton to improve my knowledge of English. In 2012 I started to work for Accor Hotels in their reservation department for five hotels in Prague where I spent six years in the FIT and corporate department.
Since I left for maternity leave in 2018, I have been working in my specialisation sphere on-line from home and as well started cooperating with Mr Marek Holer.
At the same time,me and my fiancé set up a small family bistro so I divide my time among my caring for my children,working in hotel services and running the bistro.
Thanks to this,I have developed my organization and communication abilitied up to a rather high level,I am able to solve critical situations very quickly and in a very satisfactory way,it also enables me to be flexible,stress resistant and to be very good at improvising according to instant needs.
The kind of work really fulfills me and I would like to concentrate on this career and be successful in the future time coming.
Martin Novák
I have spent my whole active life in the sector of “hospitality”, i.e., in the hotel industry and gastronomy. Namely, since the 1990s, when I was in charge of the entire Eastern European hotel market, which was followed by the position of the Sales Director and Resident Manager of the Diplomat Hotel, General Manager of such hotels as Palace Prague, Savoy Prague, Chopin Krakow. Then my work was associated with my position of the owner and operator of Café Circo, Café Colore and Bubble Lounge bar. At one time, I founded the first wedding ceremony trade fair in the Czech Republic, which was held on an annual basis at the Diplomat Hotel and started the tradition of similar events in the Czech Republic. With Café Colore I was appreciated with the award of the Restaurateur of the Year within the framework of the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants, and my Bubble Lounge bar was one of the best wine bars in the Czech Republic according to the Czech Bar Awards.
FERNANDO DAVID DIAZ DELGADO
David is a professional chef with over 25 years of experience in the industry in countries such as Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has worked as a chef for more than 20 years. David’s love is mediterranean and international cuisine, thanks to the fact that he was born in a country surrounded by the sea. He has a lot of experience in hotels, a la carte restaurants, banquets and catering. He has also taken many courses in Spanish and international cuisine and is interested in new technologies in his field.
Michaela Fialová Rozšafná
Writing, journalism and communication are activities which I have enjoyed since childhood. Through positions at regional and national media and Mgr. degree in journalism and media studies at Charles University in Prague, I moved into public relations. Now I have been in this field for ten years. I have experiences in managing PR campaigns in tourism, culture and business. I also do copywriting and social media management.
Professionally, I like to work on projects that are interesting and fun in my personal life. I met Marek Holer in Pec pod Sněžkou, where I saw with my own eyes how he was able to lift a formerly dilapidated building into a cosy hotel with vibrant energy. I am delighted to be able to play a part in getting his company and projects heard and known by the general public.
